Altius at Cardinia was a 32 lot development in Pakenham Victoria.

The name and branding of the development needed to convey a premium and boutique feel. This was achieve in the overall visual identity and use of colour and was well received by the client and broader community.

The Altius brand was rolled out across development collateral for the life of the project.
